This website is owned and operated by Greenwich Education Association. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about our organization, board, and committees in addition to benefits of membership. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Returns & Refunds
When buying an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to purchase. All sales for Membership Dues and for Donations to our Scholarship fund are final. You may cancel your subscription donations to our Scholarship Fund at any time. The GEA Scholarship donation is considered under Section 501(c)(3) as a nonprofit and your gift may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
Shipment & Fulfillment Policy
All products once purchased are considered fulfilled. There is no shipment for online purchases.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights & logos
The Service, events and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Greenwich Education Association.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address and payment information (when purchasing membership fees or for donation purposes only). We collect and store email information when you subscribe or join our website for membership updates.
